Geminair Holiday and Business Apartments About Us GEMINAIR is a large detached house, close to the seafront, situated in a quiet residential area of Southsea; just a short walk away from the shops, Rose Garden and Canoe Lake. There is a bus stop nearby, and all main routes commence from South Parade Pier, a short distance away. There is also a wide selection of restaurants and fast- service cafes within easy reach. Studio Flat 2 GEMINAIR flats are comfortable, clean and well- furnished and we pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of housekeeping. Central heating, lighting and hot water are provided; extra electricity is coin-metered. Our flats are inspected annually by the Regional Tourist Authority and consistently awarded a high grade. Studio Flat 3 All flats have colour television. The kitchens are equipped with cooker fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils. All flats have electric fires, if additional heating is required. Bed linen is all provided; towels and teacloths are available for hire at a small charge. There is free parking on the premises (subject to availability) Flat 4 - Lounge We offer a choice of apartments: studio flats which sleep two persons, and flats which sleep up to four persons. Our studio flats are planned around a lounge, with a double bed or twin beds; each with fully equipped kitchens; and bath or shower and toilet. Our flats have a separate bedroom with twin beds and a lounge with a concealed double bed; each with a fully equipped kitchen; and bath or shower and toilet. Flats have a dining capacity for four, making them ideal for families or couples who enjoy more spacious accommodation. Studio Flat 5 Please note we only book Saturday to Saturday; we do not book mid-week, weekends or odd days. All main credit cards accepted. Bed linen provided, beds made for arrival. Central heating, free hot water and lighting. Children and pets welcome. Colour TV. Free parking on the premises. Full fire precautions. Guests’ payphone available. Open all year round. Reduced rates for winter months.  Geminair is a non-smoking establishment. Flat 6 - Bedroom To make a booking; telephone or e-mail to check availability stating the number of persons in the party and the date required. Please note we only book Saturday to Saturday, and do not take midweek bookings, weekends or odd days. When a booking has been agreed, a deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is paid on arrival. Payment can be made cheque, cash, credit card (2% charge) or debit card (no surcharge). All bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Guests can arrive later, and leave earlier than Saturday, but must depart by the Saturday. Flats are charged from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival time is from 2.00 pm on the Saturday. Guests are requested to vacate their flat by 10.00 am on the morning of departure. Flat 6 - Lounge All bed linen is provided and beds are made ready for arrival. Towels and teacloths are available for a small charge. Studio Flat 7  A parade of local shops, including supermarkets, Post Office, chemist etc. is a short walk from the flats.
