GEMINAIR is a large detached house, close to the seafront, situated in a quiet residential area of Southsea; just a short walk away from the shops, Rose Garden and Canoe Lake.
There is a bus stop nearby, and all main routes commence from South Parade Pier, a short distance away.

 

There is also a wide selection of restaurants and fast- service cafes within easy reach.

GEMINAIR flats are comfortable, clean and well- furnished and we pride ourselves on maintaining a high standard of housekeeping.

 

Central heating, lighting and hot water are provided; extra electricity is coin-metered.
Our flats are inspected annually by the Regional Tourist Authority and consistently awarded a high grade.

 

All flats have colour television. The kitchens are equipped with cooker fridge, kettle, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils.
All flats have electric fires, if additional heating is required.

 

Bed linen is all provided and beds are made ready for arrival. Towels and tea cloths are available for hire at a small charge.

 

There is free parking on the premises (subject to availability)

 

We offer a choice of apartments: studio flats which sleep two persons, and flats which sleep up to four persons.

 

Our studio flats are planned around a lounge, with a double bed or twin beds; each with fully equipped kitchens; and bath or shower and toilet.

 

Our flats have a separate bedroom with twin beds and a lounge with a concealed double bed; each with a fully equipped kitchen; and bath or shower and toilet.

 

Flats have a dining capacity for four, making them ideal for families or couples who enjoy more spacious accommodation

 

GEMINAIR is a non-smoking establishment.
